The Indoor Green has been in operation since July 1st 2007. 

We had limited use last summer as the focus during that time is on the outdoor program.  It was used, however, by a number of members who need to avoid the sun as well as several more senior members who find outdoor bowling difficult due to the heavier surface.

The Winter Season was a great success! 
One hundred and one QBLBC members joined and we were pleased to have over 20 members join from other clubs (Nanaimo, Parksville, Port Alberni and Juan de Fuca).  We also had ‘snow birds’ from the Prairies and England enjoying the fun and games!

Team of Choice and Adjusted Draw leagues as well as Open Draws were organized throughout the season. 
In addition, we had a number of tournaments on the weekends. 


We were also fortunate to have an exhibition of great bowling by four high calibre bowlers from the Pacific Indoor Bowls Club.
